We issue STORE CREDIT ONLY! All items returned must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed with no perfume sent. Sale Collection, Promotional items, Bodysuits and Jewelry items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. All returns will be given a store credit that can be used online. To initiate a return, please email 1994boutiquelife@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt of order date. We will verify order is within the allotted time period. Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you an electronic gift card within 3-5 business days to the email attached to your order. ALL REFUNDS ARE FOR CREDIT ONLY. 

EXCHANGES: We like to make exchanges as easy and fast as possible. Please send an email to 1994boutiquelife.com letting us know what items you would like to exchange. After receiving your return, we will call you with the exact shipping amount for your exchanged item(s). 

ONLINE CREDIT & ONLINE GIFTCARDS: All Online Credits and Gift Cards issued never expire.

Again, ALL SALE COLLECTION & JEWELRY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

What if I receive a damaged item?  Please email us at 1994boutiquelife.com and forward photos of any damages within 2 days of receipt of your order.

Please reference the above policy. Once we receive your refund, we will issue you an electronic gift card to the email associated with your order. Be sure to use a working email address for this reason. The email will come from 1994boutiquelife@gmail.com
